Ohio Valley Goodwill – “Win Two Tickets to See the Savannah Bananas” Contest Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
The Ohio Valley Goodwill “Win Two Tickets to See the Savannah Bananas” contest (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the Greater Cincinnati area who are 18 years of age or older at the time of vehicle donation.
Employees of Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
- Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Monday, June 2, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
To be eligible, vehicle donations must be initiated and fully completed—including transfer of title—before the end of the Entry Period.
- How to Enter
To enter, individuals must donate a vehicle to Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries during the Entry Period.
Eligible vehicle donations may be initiated:
- Online at https://goodwillcars.com
- By calling 513-612-5980
- Or by donating a vehicle at any Ohio Valley Goodwill retail store, attended donation center, or at the Woodlawn campus
Each donated vehicle equals one (1) contest entry. Multiple vehicle donations will result in multiple entries.
The prize assumes that Ohio Valley Goodwill has accurate contact information for the donor at the time of drawing.
- Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) suite tickets to the Savannah Bananas game at Great American Ball Park on Thursday, June 13, 2025
- Access to the iHeart Luxury Suite, which includes:
- Complimentary food and beverages
- Private restroom access
- One (1) parking pass
This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. It cannot be substituted or redeemed for any form of monetary compensation.
- Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will take place and the winner will be notified on the morning of Wednesday, June 11, 2025 via phone and/or email.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00 PM ET on June 11, 2025. Failure to respond in time may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- Prize Conditions
Tickets are valid only for the June 13, 2025 game and may not be exchanged for another date or event.
Ohio Valley Goodwill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused tickets.
- General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and grant Ohio Valley Goodwill the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Ohio Valley Goodwill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
Ohio Valley Goodwill is not responsible for technical, typographical, or other errors, or for entries not properly recorded due to donation processing issues beyond its control.
- Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Ohio Valley Goodwill and its affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
Ohio Valley Goodwill makes no warranties regarding the event, suite amenities, or tickets beyond those provided by the event organizer.
- Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the vehicle donation process will be used solely to administer this Promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties. - Sponsor
