Terms of Sale

Public auctions are held at Ohio Valley Goodwill at 10600 Springfield Pike in Woodlawn, Ohio. Click Here for Directions.

Preview of the vehicles begins 8 am Saturday and the auction begins at 9 am Saturday.

Bidders must register. A valid driver’s license or photo identification will need to be presented to obtain a bid number.

Goodwill Auto Auction requires that potential bidders provide a $100 cash deposit and sign a terms and conditions agreement, before being assigned a bid number. For more information about Goodwill’s Auto Auction policies, click here.

If the bidder does not win a bid on the car, the bidder would receive his/her $100 deposit back at the end of the auction, when the bidder number is returned. If the bidder wins the bid, the bidder can choose to apply the $100 toward the vehicle purchase or pay for the car and receive the $100 deposit back.

Vehicles must be paid by 11:00 am on day of auction or deposit will be forfeited. For more information on Goodwill Auto Auction policies, please read TERMS OF SALE.

Cash is required for the $100 deposit. Goodwill accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and VISA for payment of the vehicle.

Auto Auction Details

Located at 10600 Springfield Pike in the village of Woodlawn, the Auto Auction office is open Monday thru Friday from 8 am until 4 pm. The Auto Auction is held every other Saturday morning at 9 am with a preview at 8 am.

The Auto Auction List is posted on our website on Thursday and lists all of the cars being sold at the Saturday Auto Auction. You can also sign up for our weekly email list for your convenience.
