Low Mileage Family Sedan Featured at Goodwill Auto Auction
Spring is right around the corner ‘“ why not ”spring’ into the new season with a new-to-you vehicle? This week, were featuring a 2003 Ford Taurus, a practical, smooth-driving car for the whole family.
The Taurus was developed as Ford ushered in a new era of quality standards. It was one of the first front-wheel drive vehicles in Fords line-up and was designed to be more aerodynamic and fuel efficient. The Taurus is also an award-winning vehicle. It was named to Car and Drivers Ten Best List in 1986 and became the Motor Trend Car of the Year in the same year.
The 2003 Ford Taurus were featuring is from the fourth generation of the popular vehicle. The 4-door, mid-size sedan has a 3.0-liter, V6 engine and a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Taurus received several interior and exterior updates for the fourth generation, including a more conservative body style that provides increased headroom and trunk space.
This Taurus offers standard seating for up to 6 passengers total, with a front split-bench seat and rear bench seating arrangement. Standard safety features include dual-stage front-impact airbags for driver and passenger, front seatbelt pretensioners and a security system.
