Best-Selling Toyota Minivan Featured at Goodwill Auto Auction

Happy New Year! Is finding a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle one of your New Year’s resolutions? If so, the first place to look is the Goodwill Auto Auction of Cincinnati! Join us for our first auto auction of 2019, where we’re featuring this family-friendly 2001 Toyota Sienna minivan.

Toyota first introduced the Sienna minivan in 1997 as a replacement for the first-generation Previa van. Built on a revised platform as the highly-popular Toyota Camry sedan, the Sienna was dubbed the “Camry of minivans.” Now in its 10th year of production, the Sienna remains one of the best-selling passenger minivans in its class.

The 2001 Sienna we’re featuring is from the first generation of the popular model and has front-wheel drive with a 3.0-liter, 210 horsepower V6 engine and a 4-speed automatic transmission. In the CE trim level, this Sienna offers comfortable seating for seven with seats that can be folded and individually removed to create additional storage space.

Safety-conscious drivers will be pleased to know that the 2001 Sienna earned top safety ratings in frontal driver, passenger, and side crash tests. Standard safety features include frontal and side airbags for driver and front passenger, traction control, and automatic braking. And with an average fuel economy of 17 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the highway, the Sienna minivan is an excellent choice for long commutes.

Because the Sienna shares the same platform as the Camry, it offers smooth, easy handling on the road that’s intended to feel more like driving a car than a van. Kelley Blue Book users give the 2001 Toyota Sienna an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 for its “comfort, reliability, and great gas mileage.”
