Our featured car this month at your favorite Cincinnati auto auction is a vehicle named after a town in France, but made right here in the United States: the 1993 Chevrolet Corsica.
This front-wheel drive compact car was in production from 1987 to 1996, and initially sold as a 4-door sedan like our auction model. For a brief period from 1989 to 1991, there was even a 5-door hatchback model.
The 1993 edition of this reliable little ride came standard with cup holders, a drivers side airbag, automatic transmission, and a 3.1 V6 engine. Gas mileage is about 22-city/31-highway, which makes it a great, affordable choice for commuters. The model up for auction is well under 100,000 miles, too, having logged just 65,802 miles since it rolled off the assembly line in 1993.
Though its boxy profile wont win it any stylish design competitions, the Chevrolet Corsica has been known to perform reliably and consistently mile after mile ‘“ and you cant say that about every vehicle on the road.
So if youre looking for a great commuter car you can rely on, be sure to stop by our upcoming auto auction on November 7th. Visit us at 10600 Springfield Pike in Woodlawn, Ohio and be sure to be there early. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m., and the auction begins at 9:00 a.m. You wont want to miss this one!
